REGULAR A

• Corporations organized or licensed to do business in the Philippines which (or whose parent or sister corporation) own or operate one or more mining operations anywhere in the world, having aggregate gross mining revenue in excess of USD 30 million per annum.

REGULAR B

• Corporations organized or licensed to do business in the Philippines which (or whose parent or sister corporation) own or operate only one mining operation anywhere in the world with gross mining revenue less than USD 30 million per annum.
• Corporations organized or licensed to do business in the Philippines, which are in the exploration or pre-production stage, or which have temporarily ceased production.
• Corporations of any domicile interested in direct investment in the Philippine minerals sector.

ASSOCIATE

•  Corporations licensed to do business in the Philippines providing expertise, goods or services to the mineral exploration and/or mining industries.
• Special purpose non-stock, non-profit organizations interested in or relevant to the minerals and/or natural resource sectors in the Philippines.

INDIVIDUAL

• Individuals of any nationality interested in the promotion, development and prosperity of the Philippine mineral exploration and mining industries.

HONORARY

• Individuals of any nationality who are conferred membership by the Association upon nomination and election by the Board of Trustees for meritorious service rendered to the Philippine mineral exploration industry.
• The incumbent Chairman, President and Executive Vice-President of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines.
• The incumbent Presidents of the Geological Society of the Philippines, Inc., the Philippine Society of Mining Engineers and the Society of Metallurgical Engineers of the Philippines.
• The incumbent President of the Philippine Mine Safety & Environment Association.
• The incumbent Director and Assistant Director of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau , Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Past PMEA Presidents, subject to Board of Trustees ratification.
• Five (5) original Incorporators of PMEA, namely: Malcolm N. Norris, Robert D. Guest, Joel D. Muyco, Alfredo F. San Miguel and Rufino B. Bomasang.
