Philippines’ Lepanto Mining suspended from trading pending material disclosure

Trading in shares of the Philippines’ Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co will be suspended Thursday pending a material announcement, the Philippine Stock Exchange said.
Lepanto sought the trading suspension, saying it will be issuing a material disclosure within the day.
