European Nickel fast tracks Philippines JV with Rusina Mining

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - European Nickel PLC said positive metallurgical testwork and direct ore shipments from the Acoje and Zambales chromite deposits, which currently have a combined JORC resource of 831,450 tonnes of contained nickel, has helped fast track its joint venture in the Philippines with Rusina Mining.
A pre-feasibility study on Acoje is underway and will take around six months to complete, the company added.
