TVI Pacific eyes $40-M loan for Philippine projects

MANILA, Philippines–Canadian mining firm TVI Pacific said Tuesday its Philippine unit had tapped BNP Paribas to raise on a best-effort basis up to $40 million, which it said it would use to develop various projects in the southern Zamboanga Peninsula.
