TVI Pacific sells drilling assets in Kyrgyzstan for US$1.2 million

CALGARY — TVI Pacific Inc., a Calgary-based mining company operating in the Philippines, says its wholly owned subsidiary, Exploration Drilling Corp., has sold its non-core drilling operations and associated equipment in the Kyrgyz Republic for US$1.2 million.
The sale of the Kyrgyzstan drilling assets in central Asia is consistent with TVI’s previously announced decision to divest of certain non-core assets, the Calgary company said Tuesday.
