Philippines mission to drill for new market opportunities for Queensland mining businesses

(Media-Newswire.com) - Trade Queensland will lead a trade mission to the Philippines in November to support the State’s mining-related businesses as they identify and investigate first-hand the opportunities in this growing market for mining equipment, technology and services.
Minister for Trade John Mickel said that the trade mission would coincide with Mining Philippines 2008 ( also incorporating Philippines Oil and Gas 2008 ), an event that will bring together the Philippines’ major mining players in Manila from 13-16 November.
