OceanaGold goes mining for capital

OceanaGold, New Zealand’s biggest listed gold mining company, is seeking fortunes outside its mines today, with the launch of a new placement plan.

The non-written institutional private placement of up to 24 million shares, or 15% of the current shares on issue, is needed to fund further exploration and drilling programmes in New Zealand.
