MANILA, Sept 4, 2009 (Asia In Focus via COMTEX) — PLXCF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating — PHILEX MINING CORPORATION (PSE:PX), in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, said that its precious metal production for August amounted to P796 million (US$16.4 million). The company reported that its gold production from its Padcal mine registered 272,457 grams, silver at 271,877 grams, and copper at 1,201,725 kilograms of copper.
