MANILA, Oct 05, 2009 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) — PLXCF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating — Philex Mining Corp. (PX.PH), the Philippines’ most profitable gold and copper mining operation, said Monday its mine produced PHP810 million ($17.2 million) worth of gold, copper and silver in September.
Philex said it produced 1.23 million kilograms of copper worth PHP444 million, 90,293 grams of gold valued at PHP360 million, and 289,703 grams of silver worth PHP7 million.
